Relief for muscle cramps

  • I told my friend that I had a new website for: stopping cramps just by willing it away. I told him that it would be great for swimmers by making their would-be cramps disappear. He said that he has experienced cramps while swimming. I told him that he would have to start first on dry land by pinching his upper lip for cramp relief and gradually work his way up to (after a few years [cramps do not happen very often]) to just using “willpower” to stop the cramp at the first sign that it might appear.
  • Muscle cramps are very painful and can also lead to after-pain hours later. So why not try this way of stopping cramps? It’s free and you are in control with nothing to lose.

  1. Analogy: It is like walking, swallowing, and things that you do not have to concentrate on as your body does it naturally. The same way you could make your cramp stop almost instantly just by willing it away (just like swallowing). Pinch the upper lip at the beginning of most cramps and the acupressure point will slowly let go of your cramp. This is an old trick. Bypassing the acupressure point is what my web site is about and still stopping the cramp.
